Standard Features

• All fan coils are built with heavy-gauge galvanized steel for corrosion resistance and are approved for zero-clearance installation.

• Cabinets and plenums are insulated with Tuf-Skin dual-density fiberglass featuring an anti-microbial agent.

• Hinged ceiling panels are made from galvanized steel with captive screws and a durable white powder-coated finish.

• Galvanized steel drain pans feature a positive slope, internal insulation, and both primary and secondary drain connections.

• Return air plenums include dual-density fiberglass insulation and a 1″ thick TA fiberglass filter.

• Coils use seamless copper tubes mechanically expanded into aluminum fins and are tested at 450 PSI for durability.

• Coil assemblies include manual air vents for easy system bleeding and maintenance.

• Fan wheels are double-width, double-inlet centrifugal types, precision-balanced for quiet and smooth operation.

• The fan housing is made from die-formed, heavy-gauge galvanized steel for long-lasting performance.

• Standard motors are PSC type, permanently lubricated, with built-in thermal overload protection.

• Factory-installed options include ECM motors, stainless steel drain pans, foil-faced insulation, and multi-speed 24V controls.

• Available electrical configurations include 120V, 208/230V, and 277V at 60Hz to meet a variety of installation needs.
