Standard Features

• All fan coil units are built with heavy-gauge galvanized steel for durability and corrosion resistance.

• Units are approved for “0” clearance installation to combustible materials, offering flexible placement.

• Cabinets and plenums are insulated with Tuf-Skin dual-density fiberglass that includes an anti-microbial agent.

• Ceiling access panels are hinged and made from galvanized steel with captive screws and a clean white powder-coated finish.

• Galvanized steel drain pans are internally insulated, positively sloped, and include both primary and secondary drain connections.

• Return air plenums are insulated with fiberglass and include a 1″ thick TA fiberglass filter.

• Coils are made with seamless copper tubes and aluminum fins, tested under water at 450 PSI for high-pressure performance.

• Each coil features a permanent mechanical bond and includes manual air vents for maintenance.

• Fan wheels are DWDI centrifugal type, balanced for smooth, quiet operation.

• Fan housings are formed from heavy-gauge galvanized steel with precision die-formed inlet cones.

• Standard motors are PSC, permanently lubricated, and include built-in thermal overload protection.

• Available factory-installed options include ECM motors (HBC(X)), stainless steel pans, foil-faced insulation, 3-speed 24V controls, and various electrical configurations (120V, 208/230V, 277V, 60Hz).
